I recently received my MS from the Ecology program at the University of Georgia through the Odum School of Ecology. Currently I am working in Costa Rica as a Fulbright Student Fellow doing work on mangrove conservation with a local nonprofit. My interests lie in seeking creative solutions to environmental conservation issues through an interdisciplinary approach, drawing on skills from ecology, the social sciences, GIS, and communications. I hope to combine these skills to communicate effectively with local communities on conservation issues and motivate positive changes.
